By downloading or using any Four Alba LLC app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
Use of our apps
You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt to access them by unauthorized means, or interfere with their operation.
Accounts
Some apps require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
No gambling
Our poker-related apps are utilities and training tools. They do not offer real-money wagering, and nothing in them constitutes gambling services or gambling advice.
Intellectual property
The apps, including their design, code, and content, are owned by Four Alba LLC and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Four Alba LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
