Overview
Four Alba LLC ("we", "us") builds mobile applications. This policy describes what information our apps collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. We design our apps to collect as little data as possible.
Information we collect
Depending on the app and the features you use, we may collect:
- Information you provide — such as a name or email address if you create an account, join a league, or contact support.
- Device and usage data — such as device model, OS version, crash logs, and anonymized analytics used to improve app stability.
- Camera access — apps with scanning features (ScanSitPlay, BLAPL, Too Easy QR) use the camera solely to read QR codes. Images are processed on-device and are not stored or transmitted.
How we use information
We use collected information to operate app features, maintain accounts and league memberships, fix bugs, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to run our apps (such as cloud hosting and crash reporting), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our account deletion instructions.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
