Privacy Policy
Overview
Four Alba LLC ("we", "us") builds mobile applications. This policy describes what information our apps collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. We design our apps to collect as little data as possible.
Information we collect
Depending on the app and the features you use, we may collect:
- Information you provide — such as a name, email address, or mobile phone number if you create an account, join a league, or contact support. Some league features let you optionally add more, like a birthday (month and day only) for birthday promotions.
- Device and usage data — such as device model, OS version, crash logs, and anonymized analytics used to improve app stability.
- Camera access — apps with scanning features (ScanSitPlay, BLAPL, Too Easy QR, Rake Wall Calc) use the camera solely to read QR codes. Images are processed on-device and are not stored or transmitted.
BLAPL Poker League app (and ScanSitPlay leagues)
The BLAPL app runs a live poker league. In addition to the general practices above:
- Your league profile. Creating an account collects your name, display name, email address, and mobile phone number. You may optionally add your birthday (month and day only, no year) to participate in birthday chip promotions. Once saved, birthday corrections are handled by a league administrator.
- League activity. When you play, we record your game check-ins, seating, tournament results and season standings, reward activity (coupons, prize-wheel spins, and coupons gifted between players), and venue visits you choose to record by scanning a QR code at a participating venue. This activity is tied to the venue, date, and time where it happened.
- Public display. Your name and results appear on league leaderboards, seating charts, and tournament displays in the app and on screens at host venues. This is a normal part of league play.
- What venues see. We share visit and attendance information with the venue where the activity happened in aggregated or pseudonymous form: venues see a player number, never your name, contact details, or birthday. We do not give venues or sponsors your personal contact information.
- Coupon gifting. If you gift a coupon to another player, your name travels with the gift so the recipient knows who it came from.
- Guests. Guest players without accounts are recorded by the name provided at the door, solely to run that night's game and results.
- Deletion. To delete your account and associated league data, see our account deletion instructions or contact a league administrator.
Rake Wall Calc
Rake Wall Calc is published by Four Alba LLC. Level Up Framing branding may appear in the app. In addition to the general practices above:
- Accounts are optional. The field calculator works without one. If you choose to sign in, you can use Google or an email and password (Firebase Authentication). We store the email address and display name associated with the account.
- Synced data. When you are signed in, your saved walls and crew memberships sync to our servers (Google Firebase/Firestore). Without an account, your data stays on your device.
- Analytics. The app collects anonymous usage analytics through Firebase and Google Analytics: feature usage events, device type and OS, and an anonymous device identifier. We use this to improve the app. It is not sold, and there are currently no advertising networks in the app.
- Shared walls. If you explicitly share a wall as a link or QR code, that shared content can be retrieved by anyone with the link or code.
- Account deletion. Follow our account deletion instructions. Deleting your account removes your synced walls and crew memberships from our servers.
How we use information
We use collected information to operate app features, maintain accounts and league memberships, fix bugs, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We share data with service providers required to run our apps (such as cloud hosting and crash reporting), and only as needed. For league apps, host venues receive attendance and visit information in aggregated or pseudonymous form as described above; they never receive your contact information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our account deletion instructions.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
