Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from any Four Alba app at any time. There are two ways:
1. In the app
If the app has an account, you can delete it from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
- BLAPL Poker League and ScanSitPlay league apps: open Profile → Account → Delete Account. Before confirming, you choose whether your name stays on past league results (see below).
- Rake Wall Calc: open Menu → Account → Delete account.
2. By email
Email support@fouralba.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Include the app name and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, profile information (name, email address, phone number, birthday), and app activity tied to your account. Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked to you may be retained. Records we are legally required to keep (if any) are retained only as long as required.
League results (BLAPL and ScanSitPlay leagues)
Tournament results and season standings are league records, so finishing positions and points are retained after an account is deleted. When you delete your account in the app you choose what happens to your name on those records:
- Keep my name on past results — results and standings continue to show your name.
- Remove my name from past results — every record shows a numbered placeholder such as "Former Player 3" instead of your name. Positions and points are unchanged.
Either way, your profile and contact details are deleted, unused coupons and spins are voided, and a new account created later starts with no points or history. If you request deletion by email, we remove your name from league records unless you tell us to keep it.
